THE KEY TO PME's ACHIEVEMENTS
In the corporate world, there are a matrix of KPI's that are the standard ways to measure the success of an event e.g. year on year growth in crowds, sponsors, customer satisfaction levels, and TV ratings.
However, PME believes there really is only one key attribute to a great event, although you will be very unlikely to see it as a KPI.
This key attribute, in PME's experience, is "atmosphere", and the better the atmosphere, the luckier you get.
If an event is not buzzing with atmosphere, you have a problem. Not only on-site, but for TV ratings, as only good atmosphere will seduce viewers and keep them tuned in.
Atmosphere provides the platform for revenue streams to flourish, leading to the achievement of the traditional more measurable KPI's which stakeholders rely on.
PME's fundamental "raison d'ĂȘtre", or core purpose, is therefore is to create and manage atmosphere.
PME will conduct an Event Healthcheck of your event through observation and analysis.
From the Healthcheck, PME can quickly identify opportunities for innovation, enhancing attendees first impressions, scheduling refinements including mini events within an event, all conducted with a keen eye for commercial growth and optimisation of the TV product and ratings.
Another factor often overlooked is the importance of stakeholder buy-in, including the team responsible for delivering the event, to a shared vision. If this is achieved, decision making becomes far easier and, in many cases, decisions are not even required as the choices become automatically synced to the vision.
PME is ready to assist your event realise its potential.
